Our Tai Chi and Qigong class at the OASC teaches a gentle, calming way to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Led by Dr. Tai you are guided through slow, mindful movements that support strength, relaxation, and focus.
Cardmaking
Oh the many ways to get your message across. Is it a craft? Is it an art? It is for sure an opportunity to stretch that creativity! Unleash your creativity at our monthly Cardmaking Class! Learn new techniques, design beautiful cards, and bring your ideas to life with guidance from experienced crafters. It’s a fun, hands-on way to create personalized cards for any occasion while connecting with fellow members

Chair Yoga
And while you are at it, join Dianne Thayer for a gentle chair yoga class that helps improve strength, flexibility, and relaxation—no floor work required! Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is a wonderful way to move, stretch, and feel rejuvenated.
